Tucson Museum of Art
Or Tucson Art Museum
The Art Museum is pretty neat - I think other kids will like it too -0 but don´t let your parents take too long. The wall is open in some places and you can see the mud wall bricks the used in the olden days to build it!
Over 5,000 permanent works of Art and rotating displays. The buildings are originally part of the 1866 Tucson Presidio. In fact the ___ house is set up just the way it was back then - complete with yard and...
The Pre Columbian Display has 2,000 objects from 800 BC to present.
The museum also offers various art classes for Adults and children, the classes vary in length, type and skill level, many beginner classes with no prior artistic knowledge or skill. Classes include painting, sculpture, drawing, mixed media, ceramics and more. There is also a neat outdoors cafe, colorful gardens, historic home and buildings open for display and frequent special events.
