Rylan's Review:

Mom's Notes:

A serene and beautiful escape from stresses of daily life, Harry P. Leu Gardens is a little known getaway within Orlando. For a low entrance fee of 7 dollars plus tax, visitors can enjoy lush plants, exotic flowers, and a blooming rose garden. "Art in the Garden" includes several whimsical sculptures commissioned to the facility available for your viewing pleasure as you stroll along the gardens. Guests are also encouraged to take a tour of the Leu House Museum, a restored 19th Century home.
Four families owned the property before it opened to the public. The home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Guided tours of the Leu House are available on the hour and half hour starting at 10:00 am with the last tour at 3:30 pm. Tours are not available in July as the house is under restoration. Although Leu Gardens is not a well known Orlando destination, visitors frequently describe this peaceful getaway as a hidden gem.
