Jacob's Review:
They had lots of guns and real badges that the ol' cowboy sheriffs used to wear.

Dad's Notes:
Weapons, badges and other ranger paraphernalia. There is a slide show presentation about Ranger history, also western artifacts, art and native American displays.
The web site offers info on how to tell a replica from an authentic badge, badges are more rare than the fakes sold at gun shows. Your kids can also become a 'junior ranger' which includes a frameable certificate, 2 badges, 4 tickets, and more - all for $25 (see web site). There are picnic tables here planned renavation, call ahead.
Gift shop has badges, jewelry, paperweights, books, posters, video tapes, memorabilia and more.
While here take advantage of the narrated mule-drawn wagon tour, when running it departs the museum to wander thru the downtown area. Summer tours Mon. - Sat. 10a.m. - 5 p.m. Downtown carriage rides Friday and Saturday, 7 - 11 p.m (Call ahead to see if running).
